At BODYCON COLLECTION, your satisfaction is our priority. Our returns policy lets you shop with confidence by offering a smooth returns process within 60 days of receiving your order.

Returns Process and Conditions
- Returns Window: To make your return smoother (wherever you are globally), we offer an extended 60-days returns period, from the day your order was delivered.
- Eligibility Conditions:ย To be eligible for a return, goods must be returned within the eligible conditions mentioned in our policy, which include being unused, undamaged, with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase within 60 days of when your item was delivered. Items returned worn or soiled may incur a cleaning fee, or be declined and sent back if not in resalable condition. See below the applicable cleaning costs for your region.
- Returns Labels:ย Once approved, a discounted shipping label from one of our many global shipping partners will be provided to you. Customers are responsible for the cost of the returns label, which will be deducted from your approved refund. See below the current costs of return labels for your region.
- Available Refund: The total available amount for a refund will be less the returns shipping label fee and less any applicable store discounts used at the time of purchase.ย Sale items are not eligible for refunds back to the original method of payment. The option of a refund to store credit, or a gift card, will be provided. Sale items are defined as any product sold at a reduced or marked-down price.

Return Timeframe: All return labels will be addressed to our Returns Warehouse, currently located in Australia. Please allow 10-15 days for returns to travel to our returns hub and be processed.
- Additional returns: We're committed to reducing excess production and promoting mindful purchases. To support this, one complimentary return per purchase is extended. Any additional return requests from the same order will require additional approval. See below the current costs of additional returns for your region. BODYCON COLLECTION reserves the right to decline multiple return requests for the same order.

Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available at this stage. Looking to order a new size or color? You can simply use your store credit or gift card towards your new order.
BODYCON COLLECTION reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not within the original condition in which they were received, as stated in this policy.ย

Return Label Costs
Returns will be sent to our Australian returns warehouse. Customers are responsible for the cost of the returns label, which will be deducted from your approved refund.
- USA return labels are provided through USPS currently at $22USD.
- UK (does not include Ireland) return labels are provided through DPD UK currently at ยฃ13.38.
- Canada return labels are provided through Canada Post currently at $22USD.
- Please note that return policies differ between the United Kingdom and Ireland due to available regional logistics and service providers.
- If you are returning from an alternate country, the shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service.
- Return label costs include any international custom fees if applicable for your return.
Additional Returns Costs
Any additional return requests from the same order will require additional approval. BODYCON COLLECTION reserves the right to decline multiple return requests for the same order.
- USA additional return fee charged at $9.97USD.
- UK additional return fee charged at ยฃ8GBP.
- Australia additional return fee charged at $16AUD.
- Canada additional return fee charged at $15CAD.
- Europe additional return fee charged at โฌ9EUR.
Eligibility Return Conditions
Returned items may be rejected if they do not meet the below conditions:
- The item is unused, undamaged and in its original condition.
- The item has no marks or stains.
- A proof of purchase is included.
- Must be processed via our Returns Portal.
- Is returned within 60 days of delivery.
Items Returned Worn or Soiled
To ensure items can be restocked and meet hygiene standards, all returns must be received in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items returned with visible signs of wear, including makeup stains, perfume or deodorant scents, pet hair, or marks will be assessed by our quality team.
If the item can be restored to a resalable condition, a cleaning fee of up to $15USD (or equivalent in your local currency) may be deducted from your refund. The exact amount will depend on the extent of cleaning required.
If the item cannot be restored to a sellable condition, you will be notified and given the option to:
- Have the item shipped back to you (at your expense), or
- Forfeit the item with no refund issued.
These conditions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the item is faulty or not as described.
Stock Availability
If you place a new order and one of the products becomes out of stock before we dispatch it, and we canโt agree on a suitable replacement, we will give you a full refund for that item.
Shipping Delays
We are unable to process refunds for shipping-related issues, such as delays in delivery or if a package is refused by the recipient.
Sizing
Each of our garments is hand-cut which may result in a slight variations in their measurements. Although we have strict quality control procedures in place, please note that garment measurements can vary by up to 1 inch (2.5 cm) due to fabric stretch, production batch differences, and the manual cutting process. These small differences are normal and do not mean the product is faulty under consumer protection laws.
Color Discrepancies
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, monitor calibration, and lighting. Color variation is not considered a fault.
Defective Items
We kindly ask that you report any defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. Reports made after this 7-day period will be reviewed and are subject to approval.
